    SALES INFO:

    3 day inspection period alloted from time of receipt. Returns must not be altered in any way.

    After 3 day inspection period all sales will be FINAL.

    Money orders, personal checks, bank transfers and Paypal accepted.

    A 4% processing fee will be applied to Paypal and credit card sales within the US. 5% for outside the US

    Checks require a 7 business day clearing period.

    Shipping quotes of helmets is WITHOUT insurance unless otherwise stated because most overseas customers try to circumvent import duty. Once the helmet leaves my possession I am no longer held liable unless the customer requests insurance.

    Layaway Conditions

    A 25% down payment of the asking price is required before any item will be put onto layaway with the remaining balance to be paid within the following dates based on prices as follows:

    All layaway items must be with a value of over $500.00 dollars.

    Items between values of $500.00 to $1,000.00 must be paid within thirty ( 30 ) days.

    Items between values of $1,000.00 to $3,000.00 must be paid
    within sixty ( 60 ) days.

    Any item over $3,000.00 , a payment plan will be worked out before
    an item will be put into layaway.

    Any and all good faith layaway deposits will be turned into store credit if final payment obligations can not be made within the required time or if the customer backs out of the deal for any reason on the specific item in question.

    Consignment Conditions

    Consignments Welcome! Please send us your item and let us sell it for you. German War Helmet has a large database of collectors worldwide which are always looking for items to add to their collection.

    All items must be 100% original World War II materials and be
    pre 1945 manufacture.

    An asking price must be emailed to German War Helmet after item is shipped.

    Payment to consignee will not be made until all final payments are
    received from buyer.

    A 20% handling fee will be charged to the consignee which will cover the
    listing and posting to website.
